PERFECT PUSH UP
$5 GIFT CARD WITH YOUR PURCHASE
Perfect Push Ups were developed by a US Navy SEAL.
Smooth-rotating handles accelerate results by engaging more muscles in the arms, chest, shoulders, and back, while also reducing strain on wrists and elbows and stabilizing the shoulder joint.
Perfect Push Up includes 2 rotating handles.
Each handle weights appr. 2.5 lbs and can support 200 lbs.
The grip is padded and slightly grooved; smooth rotation reduces joint strain and engages more muscle.
1. Lie down on the floor with your backside up. Place your hands on the ground an inch away from each side of your body. They should be in line with your chest. Pick your knees and chest off of the floor and bring the weight onto your toes. This is the "down" push-up position.
2. Check yourself to make sure everything is set up correctly. Slowly use your arms to push your body off of the floor. Keep going up until your arms are completely straight. This is the "up" push-up position.
3. To do a push-up, move from the "down" to the "up" push-up positions. One push-up is going up and down one time. While doing a push-up, you should feel your abs tighten.
